Suzanne’s passion for working in the senior assisted living industry began at a young age when she witnessed her mother as a volunteer for the elderly at a local nursing home. From there, her desire to help the elderly only grew stronger. As a teenager, she followed in her mother’s footsteps by volunteering as a Candy Striper at the Veteran’s Affair Hospital. At this point, the seed was planted and Suzanne’s passion for the elderly grew from there.

For the last 20 years, she witnessed first-hand the struggles families endure in finding their loved ones suitable living arrangements as she worked at several senior assisted living facilities. Suzanne’s experience coupled with her desire to help the elderly makes her a strong member of our team. Not only does she help guide families, she goes the extra mile to educate them as to what is important when looking for assisted living. For Suzanne, the most rewarding part of her job is knowing that she’s made a difference in other’s lives and hearing from families on how their loved ones have found the right place to live out their lives thanks to her advice.

When she’s not working with the elderly, Suzanne is spending much of her time with her family — her husband David and her two sons, Justin and Eric. She and her husband enjoy visiting the beautiful beaches of Michigan and frequent the University of Michigan to attend the Symphonic Wind Band concerts. She also cherishes the moments they have with their two grandchildren, Christian and Emma.
